We are pleased to invite you to this year’s Lewin Conference, to be held on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at Arundel House in London, presented by Nicholas Le Poidevin KC and Aidan Briggs, editors of Lewin on Trusts.

Join leading practitioners for an in-depth examination of the most important recent developments in trust litigation and administration. This year’s programme will address the practical and strategic issues confronting trustees across the main offshore jurisdictions, combining expert presentations with panel discussions involving experienced contentious trusts specialists. The focus will be on recent decisions.

One of our three flagship annual conferences, the Lewin Conference celebrates Lewin, New Square Chambers’ seminal work, presently in its 20th edition, with a new edition expected in 2027. It is considered the leading publication on trusts by the UK’s most distinguished practitioners and academics.

Registration is from 13:30, with the conference starting promptly at 14:00. Refreshments will be available throughout and there will be drinks and bowl food from 17:15 until the event closes at 19:30.

We make a nominal charge – but none for trainees.
