Theobald Conference 2026 – Celebrating 150 years of Theobald on Wills
New Square Chambers are pleased to invite you to a special conference celebrating the 150th anniversary of Theobald on Wills, one of the most authoritative and enduring texts in succession law.
We have been closely involved with Theobald on Wills, now in it’s 20th edition for many years, with members contributing to and shaping its ongoing development. Alexander Learmonth KC, himself a long-standing contributor now on his 4th edition, will chair the conference, with special guest speaker Professor Robin Jacoby, Emeritus Professor of Old Age Psychiatry, Oxford University.
