Called to the Bar in 2003, Marcus brings a wealth of experience and expertise in property law, trusts, wills & estates, civil fraud, commercial litigation, and offshore & international matters.
Marcus Croskell is a practitioner recognised as a top-tier leading junior barrister in the 2024 edition of the Legal 500. He accepts instructions via solicitors and on a direct access basis, handling a broad spectrum of chancery and commercial disputes for both businesses and individuals in the UK and internationally. Marcus’s international work includes clients from the Caribbean, Africa, and Asia. Recent cases have seen him tackle issues such as breaches of directors’ duties, contract breaches, complex property claims, fraud, and breaches of trust.
Marcus’s expertise across his different practice areas has seen him take on complex fraud cases variously involving directors, fiduciaries and failed joint ventures in the Commercial Court to excelling representing tenants, landlords and local authorities in the specialist property tribunals and the Court of Appeal.’
