New Square Chambers Welcomes New Member Amy Berry

Amy specialises in Trusts, wills and estates: Probate, Tax, Court of Protection, Professional Negligence, Trust of lands, proprietary estoppel, farming, real property and utilises her wealth of experience and expertise as a Mediator.
Ranked as a Leading Junior in Chancery, Probate and Tax, Amy has been described in Legal 500 as “good both on her feet and with clients” and “a passionate advocate who will go the extra mile for clients.”
Amy’s practice consists of litigation in the private client area, including challenges to wills and trusts, administration of estates, farming and trust of land disputes. Amy also advises on non-contentious applications in the probate court, applications to vary trusts, approval of compromises, drafts trust and will clauses.
As she progresses her career and commences work with New Square Chambers, she is keen to expand her International and EU Succession Regulation work.
Amy will be utilising her expertise and knowledge as a co-author for “Drafting Trusts and Will Trusts”.
