New Square Chambers attending the Chancery Bar Association’s Conference in the Cayman Islands

Five members of New Square Chambers will be speaking at the Chancery Bar Association’s Conference in the Cayman Islands on Thursday 7th and Friday 8th November 2024.

On Thursday 7th November, Alexander Learmonth KC, Amy Berry, Marcus Croskell and Alexander Farara discuss ‘Capacity issues for the offshore lawyer’.

On Friday 8th November Hermione Williams will discuss ‘Abuse of Power: a consideration of two recent JCPC cases’.
