Adrian practices in modern chancery and has particular expertise in shareholder remedies. He has been instructed in significant unfair prejudice proceedings, including Re Compound Photonics Ltd [2022] EWCA Civ 1371; Re Dragon Capital Ltd (BVI HC (Com) 2014/0171) and Caldero v Beppler & Jacobson Ltd [2013] EWHC 2191 (Ch), [2014] EWCA Civ 935 and derivative claims: Boston Trust Co Ltd v Szerelmey Ltd [2023] EWHC 308 (Ch) and Montgold Capital LLP v Ilska [2019] BCC 309. He assists Robin Hollington KC in the writing of Hollington on Shareholders’ Rights. He is called to the Bar in the BVI.
