Hollington Conference 2023

New Square Chambers are delighted to invite you to this year’s Hollington Conference on company law, to be held on Thursday 9 February at the Law Society, Chancery Lane.

The event will be presented by Robin Hollington KC, author and editor of Hollington on Shareholders’ Rights, which is renowned as the leading publication on statutory remedies for the protection of minority shareholders. Since our last conference in 2020, Adrian Pay has greatly assisted Robin in compiling the 1st supplement to the 9th edition, which has recently been published.

There will be several talks on substantive company law topics, a panel discussion, and an examination of an example problem case.

Registration is from 1.30pm, with the conference starting promptly at 2.00pm.

Refreshments will be provided throughout and there will be plenty of time for networking, with drinks and canapés from 5.30pm onwards. The event will close at 7.30pm.
