New Square Chambers’ Charities Conference 2024 brings together expertise across the spectrum of charity law and practice. Taking place virtually on Wednesday 24 April 2024, from 2pm – 5pm. The annual Spring-time conference is a highlight for many practitioners, and now in its 4^th year.

Gill has been immersed in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax & Elderly Client law for the entirety of her long career as a solicitor, trainer & consultant. Now retired, she still edits a Monthly Digest dedicated to developments in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax and Elderly Client, for Estate research whose Learning Hubs contains her webinar recordings and Technical Learning Packs.

Amy BerryBarrister, New Square Chambers

James DaviesBarrister, New Square Chambers

James Davies is an experienced commercial and traditional chancery barrister with an established County Court and High Court practice. His practice encompasses commercial litigation, company and shareholder disputes, insolvency and wills and trusts disputes. Prior to coming to the Bar James qualified as a Chartered Accountant specialising in SMEs.

Justin PerringBarrister, New Square Chambers

Justin practices across a wide range of commercial chancery work and is consistently recommended for commercial litigation (including trusts), civil fraud, company law, and insolvency work. He is an experienced High Court advocate, where he appears as counsel at trial and at heavy or urgent applications in the Chancery Division and the Commercial Court, including those concerning urgent interim remedies and freezing injunctions.
