Setting off Inheritance Act claims against estate debts: Howe v Leck Holdings Limited [2024] EWHC 1842 (Ch)

The High Court has held on appeal that a claimant under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 had a real prospect of setting off their 1975 Act claim against a prior debt owed to the estate.
