Paul Wilmshurst, leading Rabby Fozlay, win High Court Boundary Dispute Appeal

Sir Anthony Mann sitting in the Chancery Division of the High Court handed down an approved judgment on 30 June 2025, dismissing Ms Naish’s appeal.

The appeal arose from a neighbour dispute between two adjoining properties in Ilford and has received interest from the national press.
