New Square wins at the Chambers UK Bar Awards 2023

We’re delighted to announce that Jessica Powers has been recognised as ‘Diversity and Inclusion: Future Leader’ at the Chambers UK Bar Awards this year. This accolade follows her recent win as ‘Barrister of the Year’ at the Inspirational Women in Law Awards a few weeks prior.

We were honoured to be part of this year’s event, where Alexander Learmonth KC, was a finalist in the ‘Chancery: Silk’ category and New Square was also named a finalist for the ‘Diversity & Inclusion: Outstanding Set’ category.

The ceremony took place on Thursday 30 November at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House.

New Square Chambers are incredibly proud of the changes Jessica is spearheading.
