James McKean‘s article: Too little, too laches: Stephenson v Daley [2026] EWHC 53 (Ch)

The High Court has dismissed a challenge to a will for want of knowledge and approval, also holding the challenge to be barred by laches.

This is an unusual case of laches being made out though the will in question had not been admitted to probate.
