James Davies qualified as a Chartered Accountant before coming to the Bar. He has a significant trusts and probate practice including both contentious and non-contentious, construction disputes, the 1975 Act, applications to remove executors and trustees, and cases involving allegations of financial misconduct in the administration of estate. He is a contributor to the Wills and Trusts Law Reports and the upcoming edition of Drafting Trusts and Will Trusts by James Kessler KC and a Member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (TEP).

Jian Jun (JJ) Liew has an established practice in law of trusts, wills, and estates. He has advised on and settled pleadings across a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including interpretation of legacies, rectification of wills, and claims for breach of duty by personal representatives including seeking a remedy of account. JJ is a regular contributor of case notes on LexisPSL and has been published in reputable trust journals such as Trust Law International and Trust & Trustees.
