The new Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court Civil Procedure Rules (Revised Edition) 2023 came into effect in each of the Member States and Territories of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court on 31 July 2023. They repealed the old Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court Civil Procedure Rules 2000, subject to various transitional provisions. What does it mean for you?
