  • Overview

    Kieran started his pupillage with New Square Chambers on 1 October 2026.

    Prior to joining Chambers, Kieran worked as a Clerk to HM Judges in the King’s Bench Division of the High Court. He also worked as a paralegal at Mourant in Jersey, where he gained extensive experience in litigation, assisting advocates in complex criminal, public law and children’s proceedings, as well as commercial litigation matters involving trust structures and offshore disputes. He previously worked within the private client sector at Ocorian, developing a practical understanding of trust administration and fiduciary structures.

    Kieran completed his BPC LLM with Distinction at the University of Law, having also achieved a Distinction in the Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law. He graduated with First Class Honours in American Studies from the University of Kent.
