We are thrilled to announce that our annual Hollington Conference is heading North to Manchester for 2024. Presented by Robin Hollington KC, author and editor of Hollington on Shareholders’ Rights, a leading publication on statutory remedies for the protection of minority shareholders. Now in its 10th edition, this authoritative work also includes invaluable contributions from Adrian Pay.

The conference will take place at the Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre on Tuesday 7th May, from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm, followed by a drinks reception.

The event will feature three panel discussions encompassing current issues in the unfair prejudice remedy, derivative claims, and just and equitable winding up. Attendees will also delve into an illustrative problem case for examination.
